What I can build for you.

Three services, each scoped to one outcome and quoted flat before we start. You work with the engineer doing the work, start to finish.

Websites that get found

By Google, and now by AI.

A custom-built Next.js site with technical SEO, local SEO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) baked in from the first commit. GEO is the part most agencies skip: structuring your site and copy so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers quote you when buyers ask for a recommendation. No templates, no page builders, and performance that passes Core Web Vitals with room to spare.

Custom Next.js build, never a template
Technical + local SEO from day one
GEO: structured data, llms.txt, citable copy
Core Web Vitals that actually pass
You show up where customers search, including inside AI answers.

AI automation

Stop paying people to copy-paste.

I find the repetitive operation eating your team's week (lead intake, follow-up, document processing, reporting) and automate it end to end: AI agents wired into your CRM, email, Slack, and spreadsheets, triggered by the systems you already run. You see every step before it goes live, and it keeps running after I hand it off.

Process audit: find the leak first
AI agents for triage, drafting & routing
Wired into CRM, email, Slack, sheets
Monitoring + handoff so it keeps running
Hours back every week, and leads answered while they're still hot.

Custom software & apps

From internal dashboard to the App Store.

Internal tools, customer portals, and full products, on web and mobile. I've built a four-app logistics platform, an operations platform designed to replace Monday.com, and an App Store-hardened mobile app for an auto dealer group. Everything is engineered properly on a stack you own, so there's no proprietary platform you can never leave.

Internal dashboards & admin tools
Customer & client portals
iOS and Android apps
Full products, API to App Store
The tool your team actually needed, owned outright.

How an engagement runs.

01

Find the leak

We start with a working session and pin down the one place time or money is leaking, before you commit to anything.

02

Blunt plan

A short roadmap: what to build or automate first, what it touches, and the outcome to expect. No 40-slide deck.

03

Ship fast

I build the highest-value piece and put it in production in days or weeks, wired into the tools you already use.

04

Own it

You get the keys: code, docs, and a handoff that keeps it running. We grow it from there if you want to.

Web developer, SEO and GEO consultant, automation engineer. One person.

If you've been searching for a web developer who actually handles SEO and AI search, a GEO consultant who can touch the code, or an engineer to automate your business, that's the whole job description here. There's no handoff between specialists because there's nothing to hand off: the person who designs your site also makes it rank, makes AI engines quote it, and wires the automation behind it.

Fair questions.

What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?

GEO is optimizing a website so AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini cite it when they answer questions. In practice that means structured data, an llms.txt file, AI-crawler-friendly robots rules, and copy written as clear, self-contained answers. It matters because a growing share of buyers now ask AI for recommendations instead of scrolling search results, and most websites are invisible to that traffic.

How fast is fast?

Most websites ship inside two weeks, and automations usually land a working pilot in a similar window. I can move that fast because I've spent months building an automated build-and-audit system around my own workflow, and because there's no agency overhead: you talk directly to the person doing the work.

Do I own what you build?

Yes, all of it: code, content, and accounts. I build on standard, boring-in-a-good-way stacks like Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, so any competent developer could pick the project up after me. There is nothing proprietary holding the work hostage.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to one outcome and quoted flat before we start, so you know the number up front. A website is a different number than a full platform build. Tell me what you need and you'll have a real quote within a business day.

Who actually does the work?

Me, Alec. I design, build, test, and ship everything myself, with AI agents handling the repetitive parts under my review. That's not outsourcing; it's the reason a one-person studio ships at agency speed with engineer-level quality control.

GOT SOMETHING SLOW, BROKEN, OR INVISIBLE?

Tell me about it. The first conversation is a working session, not a pitch, and I reply within a business day.
