GEO is optimizing a website so AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini cite it when they answer questions. In practice that means structured data, an llms.txt file, AI-crawler-friendly robots rules, and copy written as clear, self-contained answers. It matters because a growing share of buyers now ask AI for recommendations instead of scrolling search results, and most websites are invisible to that traffic.
How fast is fast?
Most websites ship inside two weeks, and automations usually land a working pilot in a similar window. I can move that fast because I've spent months building an automated build-and-audit system around my own workflow, and because there's no agency overhead: you talk directly to the person doing the work.
